Contents page.

This is the contents page of Mixmag.
The contents page is not really split into categories its set into columns with the right side having a picture and then the left side having a column about what is in the magazine. The contents page doesn't really fit with the front cover, in the way that that the front cover has really bold text and colour and the contents page is really dull. Also the way that the front cover is set out is interesting and some of the text it tilted and on the contents page the set out is so simple and boring to look at.
When I see the contents page is does not tell me that this is dance music. Also I would not of said that this contents page is meant to be aimed at young adults.
The font for the contents page seems to be just a simple font (Arial.)Then on the front page its loads of different fancy texts which draw’s the eye in.

There is one main image on the page, which is a strange image and seems to have nothing to do with music. The contents page is called Tunes which is a good title and relates back to the magazine. There is a band index on the side where we can see what bands and what type of music is mentioned in the magazine.
On the top right-hand side there is a box with the magazines ratings in, this is good because it allows the audience to have their opinion on the contents page.

I wouldn't want my contents page to look like this, I think a contents page needs to be colourful and needs to be similar to the front cover. Also think that there should be a better font on the contents page something more like what is on the front cover of Mixmag.
